Phases of Construction
Layout, Prep & Permits
We start by getting your yard ready the right way, taking care of things like capping irrigation lines and removing any trees or sections of fence that are in the way. Next, we carefully mark out your pool on-site based on your detailed design, and this is the point where we can still fine-tune the exact position so it feels just right in your space. Our team also takes care of all the permits and code requirements for you, so you can relax knowing everything is handled properly from the very beginning.
Excavation
Once everything is set, excavation day is when your backyard really starts to transform. Our skilled crew and equipment carefully dig out the shape of your new pool and haul away the extra dirt, usually in just a single day. It is a big, exciting milestone where you finally see your pool take shape in real life.
Steel & Pre-Plumbing
After excavation, our crew installs a sturdy steel framework that forms the backbone of your new pool. The plumbing lines and lights are then carefully put into place, and local inspectors review the work to make sure everything meets code and is built to last.
Gunite Application
The gunite phase is when your pool really starts to feel real. A strong, single-piece shell is sprayed into place under high pressure, creating a solid structure built to last for years. It can be a bit noisy and dusty for a short time, but what you gain is a durable foundation that will support your pool for the long run.
Tile Installation
Our tile team carefully installs each waterline tile around the edge of your pool, adding a clean, polished detail that really finishes the look.
Pool Plumbing & Filtration Equipment
We install and connect the pool’s plumbing system, then thoroughly pressure-test and inspect it to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your equipment pad is carefully set up with pumps, filters, sanitization systems, cleaners, and heaters, and any gas lines are installed and inspected by licensed professionals so you can enjoy reliable, worry-free operation.
Electrical
Licensed electricians install your underwater lighting and complete all required safety bonding, making sure everything is up to code and safe for your family to enjoy.
Plaster
As we get close to the finish line, we clean out any rainwater and debris so the pool shell is fresh and ready. Then your chosen interior finish is carefully applied, giving the pool its final color and texture and getting it ready to be filled for the first time.
Start-Up & Instruction
Once your pool is full, our team comes back to start up the filtration system and make sure everything is running the way it should. We will walk you through how to care for your pool and use the equipment step by step, so you feel confident enjoying your new backyard oasis from day one.
